CCO Key Persons
The role of the Critical Contingency Operator is performed by Key Persons approved by the Gas Industry Company. One of the persons shown below will be available as the Duty Critical Contingency Operator on a 24/7 basis.
Graham Alexander  Graham is a Chartered Engineer and has worked in both Gas Transmission and Gas Distribution for over 30 years in the UK, Turkey and New Zealand. His expertise are in Transmission and Distribution Operations/Maintenance, Pipeline Integrity and Emergency Management. | Julie Langford  Julie has worked in the NZ gas industry for 20 years including the role of System Operator for the NZ gas transmission systems and being part of the original CCO delivery team since the introduction of the CCM Regulations in 2008. Prior to this she worked in the UK oil and gas sector. She is currently an industry consultant. | René D'Ath  René has been involved in the NZ gas industry since 1987 within the Transmission and Distribution networks, and engineering consultancies. Roles included operations and management as well as participation in Gas Association and NZ utilities advisory boards. As such, he has a sound understanding of the gas supply networks and processes. |
